Who am I?
I'm a psychologist by training, but transitioned to helping founders, leaders, and creators through coaching in 2020.
I've worked with VC-backed founders, CEOs, 8-figure creators, and bootstrapped entrepreneurs across industries (including AI, CPG, tech, media, and education).
You may have seen me on Modern Wisdom with Chris Williamson, Smart Passive Income with Pat Flynn, or other podcasts. I'm also a contributor for Psychology Today, where hundreds of thousands of people around the world have read my content exploring the psychology of human flourishing, fulfillment, and what gets in our way.
I believe too many people die regretting not having done more with their lives. Time is our most precious resource--it's the one thing we can never get more of once it's gone.
